Steve Godden is a man on a culinary quest. One that has taken him half way around the world and back. He’s writing the next chapter in the story of the sausage by taking the British Banger on the trip of a lifetime.

THE JOURNEY OF FLAVOUR
Born and bred on the Pacific island of Papua New Guinea to Australian parents, Steve’s hunger for travel was destined from day one and his journey into the world of food began at 17 with a 2-week stint in a Hotel Kitchen in Port Moresby.
His next adventure to study catering in the UK (at the Cordon Blue School no less), which saw him chef-ing in top kitchens such as the Savoy in London. Most importantly, falling in love with the British sausage.
